Fred Crowe - President and CEO - Master PackagingFred Crowe

President and CEO

Fred Crowe joined Master Packaging as President in October 2009, having served on its Board of Directors since March 2009. He brings food/bakery manufacturing experience having most recently served as CEO of Spartan Foods of America.

 

For the previous 30 years, he served in a wide variety of senior leadership positions in the flexible packaging and nonwoven fabrics industries. Fred served on the Board of Directors of the Flexible Packaging Association and was Vice-Chairman of the Association in 2007. He earned his BS in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech and earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University.

 

Terry Smith - Senior VP of Operations - Master Packaging

Senior VP of Operations

Terry Smith joined Master Packaging as Sr. VP of Operations in January of 2009. He brings 25 years of Industry experience in leadership positions working with companies like Exopack, Pactiv, and Sealed Air. He earned his BS from Southern Illinois University while serving in the United States Marine Corps.

 

David Fletcher - VP Sales and Marketing - Master Packaging

Senior VP Sales and Marketing

David Fletcher joined Master Packaging as Sr. Vice President, Sales and Marketing, in March 2010. David is a sales and business-development professional with 19 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry.

 

After receiving his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, he joined Printpack, Inc. Over the next 17 years, he held positions in corporate quality, product development, technical management, and national account management. Most recently, he served as Sales Manager at Hood Packaging Corporation.

 

John Thompson - Senior VP - Master PackagingJohn Thompson

John Thompson joined Master Packaging in 1994 and worked in several senior level positions up to and including President. He brings 48 years of Industry experience in leadership positions working with companies like Bryce Corporation and Champion International. He earned his BA from Upsala College as well as Advance Management Program certification from Harvard Business School.
